Jersey photographer: a bump to baby photoshoot

Your journey into motherhood is so magical, that I absolutely love it when a mum books in for a ‘bump to baby’ photoshoot. I get to capture mum at the most beautiful time when her heart is beating for two, and then get to meet the little bean that has been growing inside her tummy. As a mother myself I really FEEL these photoshoots, and how incredible a time it is.

I was so lucky to be asked to capture both these special times, as the Scott family grew to become four. We first had a maternity photoshoot at La Coupe beach on a warm summers’s day, with plenty of photos with their gorgeous first borne girl - this is also a lovely opportunity for your children to get comfortable with me and the camera, so that when I arrive at your home for the newborn session, we are already little buddies! And then when their beautiful new daughter arrived earthside, we had a cosy session in their home with the four of them. Every single time, it gets me how unbelievably tiny and amazing they are. Oh, and I might have fallen in love with the stunning wallpaper in their nursery and their newborn daughter’s incredible auburn hair!
