Jersey photographer: an autumn colours family photoshoot

For a few precious weeks each year, the Samares Manor gardens are ablaze with fiery colours. It is one of my favourite spots in Jersey for autumn photoshoots, as the variety and colours of the trees there are simply beautiful.

This family booked me a whole year in advance for this photoshoot, to make sure they caught the peak colours. I’m so glad they did!

I got the loveliest feedback from them after the photoshoot, which meant a lot as I knew they didn’t feel all that confident before the photoshoot about having their pictures taken.

“WOW! Just, wow! Mike and I are in absolute awe of this gallery!! It looks like we're trespassing in an enchanted woodland whilst all the fairies are asleep. They're so delicate, soft and peaceful somehow. How have you managed to capture that?! Exquisite. The colours and lighting are spectacular. I just adore the photo of Tabby looking like a baby bear almost sleeping on the branch! That and the one of Caleb throwing leaves is insanely good... and the one of Mike and his boys by the pond I just adore.
